The cameras are disposable, but the pictures last forever. Here’s your view of the Yearbook Creative launch party.

The San Diego photo community showed up in a major way this weekend for the launch of Yearbook Creative, a local artist collective founded on the patio of our neighborhood café, bica.

It was great bringing together so many talented San Diegans on Adams Avenue. Safelight Labs members were out in force, with their work projected on bica’s walls, their eyes firmly planted in the back of the Uptown 11-provided disposable cameras and their hearts shared with one another for a true show of togetherness.

Speaking of disposable cameras …

The moment you’ve all been waiting for. Here’s a Google Drive with all of the images from the night, processed right here at Safelight Labs.

And here are some of our favorites. Thanks to everyone for making it a night to remember. And to those who missed it, make sure you can swing by to the next Yearbook meetup or to any events presented by Safelight. This community always shows up for one another.
