Shoot your shot! 2024 San Diego film zine wants your submissions.

Colman McVaney, a local wedding photographer and Safelight Labs member, is now taking submissions for his second annual San Diego film zine. All skill levels are welcome, from novice to sharpshooter.

Every person who participates is guaranteed at least one published image.

Colman’s vision for the zine is entirely hinged on connecting the community through a shared love of the medium, so don’t hesitate to contribute your work.

Ground Rules:

  • Submit up to three photos with film stock information (i.e. Portra 400 35mm)

  • Photos must have been taken on film in 2024

Deadline: December 31st, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
